Local Irritation Test of Gamma Human Interferon

Abstract

|
These studies were carried out to investigate the local irritating efforts of LBD-001(Hu IFN-r). LBD-001 administration dose was 5.1×10 I. U. Vehicle group was injected in the vastus lateralis, dorsal lumber subcutaneous region (1 times ar 5 times) or retroauricular vein(1 times) of rabbits.
As a results, differences LBD-001 and vehicle about body weight, clinical signs and histological findings were not found regardless of administration route or frequency. Histological lesions were found when the LBD-001 and vehicle treated with I. M. & S. C. (5 times). But the lesion of adjacent tissue was very low or normal.
